Richelieu Legwear has a proven track record of providing great brands, superior merchandising, customer service, logistics, offshore production, and displays impeccable integrity in its dealings with all its customers. That is our model, and we strive to grow and build upon its success.

Richelieu Legwear was founded in Sorel, Quebec in 1934. Since that time, our Head Office has moved to Montreal, Quebec and our Distribution Centre to Cornwall, Ontario.

Richelieu sources and distributes a vast array of Legwear products and accessories for men, women and children. From babies to adults, the Company provides goods to all major retail accounts across Canada, including :
Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Zellers, the Bay, Sears, Loblaw's, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Furthermore, we distribute and manufacture socks and tights for the United States and Europe for: Gymboree, the Children's Place (We won a Vendor of the Year Award in 2006), Nautica, and Polo Ralph Lauren.

The Company has also acquired extensive experience in managing key strategic
partnerships:

• Goldbug, Carters and Oshkosh: 1980-present. Richelieu is the number one market player in the infant sock and accessories category in Canada.
• Peds and Peds Girls kids: 2000-present. A highly-recognized brand of value added socks for ladies, men's, boys and Girls.
• Wonderbra, Wonderkids, and Design by Wonderbra: 2002-present. We signed a License Agreement with Sara Lee Canada (Canadelle) in 2002.

Our Global Manufacturing base:

In late 2002, Richelieu transferred all domestic hosiery manufacturer capacities to overseas locations.
Although it was a difficult decision for a company that had manufactured socks in Canada since 1934, outsourcing quickly became an economic reality.
Accordingly, we placed all of our production machinery with offshore partners in order to satisfy all our sourcing needs.
At present, we are successfully manufacturing goods in Turkey, China, the United Arab Emirates, Korea, Poland, and Taiwan.
